Maintenance Request Procedure

1.Complete your personal details.
2. Select the nature of the problem from the list.
3. Enter the details of the problem. Please include any details that may relate to the problem. eg. Bedroom ceiling dripping after heavy rain.
4. Enter any additional comments in the Additional Comments box.

This method of maintenance request is for dealing with small defects to your property that do not present an immediate hazard to persons or property.

If your maintenance requirement is of an urgent nature you should phone us immediately on 4051 6069 to enable us to take immediate action to rectify the problem.
